With over 20 years of experience in sport, education, and physical performance, Greg combines the discipline of military training, the precision of sport science, and the clarity of elite coaching.

  • MSc Sport & Exercise Science and current PhD researcher in resistance training and mental health

  • UKSCA-accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach and NSCA-CSCS certified
